Bug Reports

In the unlikely event that you have found a bug in one of our products, you can report the bug here. We will contact you with a bug fix, workaround or explanation as soon as we can. Please use the bug reporting form or send email to support@softwareverify.com.

Replying to email

We reply to all email and customer support queries. All evaluations are automatically sent evaluation licences. If you do not get a reply from us or have not received your evaluation licence, please consider the following and take appropriate action.

  • You may have given us an invalid email address. (typing mistake or a configuration issue on your servers).
  • Your mail server may reject email sent to your email address.
  • Your anti-spam software may incorrectly classify our reply to you as spam
  • Your corporate firewall may be blocking our email at your company boundary or at some point inside your organisation.

You may think the above does not apply to you, but it is surprising how many people mistype their email address, or specify an email address that their own server rejects.

Spam

We receive between 2,000 and 10,000 spam email per day. We hate spam. Spam is bad for business. That is why we will never send you email without your permission. Read our Privacy Policy.
