The program I'm trying to use with C++ Bug Validator keeps crashing, why?

Assuming the crash is not a crash you would normally get when not using C++ Bug Validator, there are five possible causes.

Some DLLs from third party vendors which use system wide hooks do not interact with C++ Bug Validator and the target program very well. If you can identify such DLLs, add then DLL name to the DLLs not to be hooked tab on the Settings dialog and try again. C++ Bug Validator will not hook these DLLs.

Try to ensure that the crash never happens if you are not using C++ Bug Validator.
