The Renew for software updates functionality is only available in full product versions of C++ Bug Validator. Evaluation versions do not have the ability to update C++ Bug Validator.
To make C++ Bug Validator check for update choose the Renew software updates command on the Software Updates menu.
If C++ Bug Validator does not know your login credentials for the software updates server you will be prompted to enter your login credentials.
Once your login credentials have been verified you will be shown a dialog that tells you when your software maintenance expires. The dialog also allows you the opportunity to renew your software maintenance.
If you click the Renew software maintenance button your web browser will open a web page on the www.softwareverify.com domain to renew your software maintenance.
